Danny Ferry Vs Matt Bullard.
By George Wang.

Danny Ferry has paved the way for all the great white hopes that turn into chumps in the NBA today, I don't get why he is still in the league right now, but Iguess every team must have a player that cannot do anything to contribute on the court to make all his teammates feel better about themselves. Further, when there are guys in the league such as Matt Bullard that actually try to emulate the game of Ferry, we finally begin to understand the lack of talent nowdays.
Name : Danny Ferry
Height : 6'10"
Weight : 235 lbs
DOB : 17/10/1966
College : Duke
Position : Forward
Draft : 2nd pick
Name : Matt Bullard
Height : 6'10"
Weight : 235 lbs
DOB : 05/06/1967
College : Iowa
Position : Forward
Draft : None
PostScoring.
Both of these guys are unable to shoot accurately from anywhere that is inside the 3 pt arc. This is often displayed by the barrage of bricks that fall from the sky on 2 point field goal attempts. Looking at their stats, they do not seem to be that bad at shooting the rock while stationary. But taking the ball to the basket on drives seems to be a skill these two guys forgot to learn in college. Furthermore, at 6'10 neither player can yet touch ring, so they are the constant source of extra defensive blocking stats for opposition players when they do get to the basket on the odd occasion.
Score. Ferry 2 draws Bullard 2.

ThreePoints.
These two have two of the best 3 pt percentages in the entire league. Ferry is at .440% and Bullard is at .446%. These stats though, are the most misleading in the entire league. It is widely believed that these stat are based on the pre-game shoot around instead of shots taken in the actual game. But bullard seems to attempt and make more shots in practice. Probably because he needs more shots to warm up. Ferry wins.
Score. Ferry 3 defeats Bullard 4.

Rebounding.
At 6'10 both of these wastes of space get constantly out rebounded by the likes of Muggsy Bogues and Fred Hoiberg. They might as well be 5'10, an occasional trip to the gym would also help to fight for rebounding and box out position against other giants such as John Stockton and Damon Stoudamire. Too hard to split the two for this one.
Score. Ferry 0 draws Bullard 0.

Passing.
Both Ferry and Bullard don't get enough of the ball to have a chance to pass it off. On the odd chance that they do get a chance to pass, it will usually result in a steal or turnover because of the inexperience that both players have in sharing the rock. Not really their fault.
Score. Ferry 2 draws Bullard 2.

CareerAchievements.
Ferry's was being touted the next Bird out of college. Only for the Cavs to find out that he was really the next poor man's Andrew Gaze. Matt Bullard actually won a championship with the Rockets! But I believe that his greatest achievement in his career thus far is being touted the next Danny Ferry. Everyone knows deep in Bullard's heart he will not rest until he reaches the technical excellence that his hero since early childhood.
Score. Ferry 2 defeats Bullard 4.

FinalVerdict.
After tallying the scores, Ferry edges out his pupil Bullard in a close one 9 to 11. Becareful Danny, Matt is hot on your heels and looking to overtake you to gain the crown of being named the new 'Great white hype'. But for the moment, Ferry is still sitting on his rocky throne.
Score. Ferry 9 defeats Bullard 11.
